A: Orders are generally received within 15 working days of payment and within two to five days of shipping.

What do I do in case of damages?
A: If the goods are received in a damaged condition, please return to sender in original packaging and we will ship a new dress to you.

How do I choose the color of the dress?
A: You may choose a color of your choice from our color charts or alternatively, you can choose from over 100 colors apart from those featured in our color charts. You may do this by including the code/codes of the color/colors of your choice when placing an order and we will source it for you. The price of this service may vary.

In what sizes can Prom Dresses and Wedding Dresses be made?
A: Normal sizes are size 12 and below(US), while Plus Size dresses are above size 12 (US). Please refer to the Ladies size Chart for guidance on choosing a dress size.

In what sizes can Flower Girl Dresses be made?
A: Flower girl dresses can be made for children of up to the age of 16 years.Please refer to the Children's size Chart for guidance on choosing a dress size. Custom orders for Flower Girl dresses are also available for any age.

In what sizes can veils be made?
A: Veils can either be made as short (up to the shoulder), middle (up to the waist) or long (up to the floor).
