Return Policy
We aim to provide you with the best quality and service.
For Dresses: If the item received is damaged, of an incorrect size or is different from the item ordered, we will accept returns. Please return to sender in its original condition within 28 days, along with a copy of delivery document(s) and we will ship the new item when we receive your return.
For Accesories: We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned within 14 working days of receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging. We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. If the products are in a saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage and stamping. However, if we believe that the product has been used or it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return an accessory, send a completed contact us form mentioning the information on the delivery documentation and reason for return. An email confirmation will be sent of your intended return. Please do not despatch any item until you receive this confirmation. Please attach your proof of purchase and pack the item(s) you wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging. Returned items should be returned to sender. We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
